Failure on the last set of every exercise only. 4 exercises max w 16 to 20 sets max per body part. Remember you will tax your nervous system and spike up your stress hormones w more. TRUST ME

8 to 12 reps max w 45 sec rest in between sets. No bs selfies in between sets and stop yapping in between sets. Pyramid til the last set you can hit no more than 8 to 12. Cheat only on last few if need be
