A lot of bro science with Enhanced Athlete, they also do some stupid shit. They say they are breaking down the barriers of the next iteration of human evolution, I think Tony will seriously jeopardize his life expectancy if he doesn't stop with idiot box crap.
Dave gives more sensible advise and has coached man many people so he has seen a lot more than Tony Hughes.
