Billy Guns 2013@290lbs. vs Current Day
Just feeling nostalgic here and happy with my progress over the past 4 years....
Weight in pic on the left was 289lbs maybe a tad over depending on the food I ate for dinner / dessert
Current Day weight is at 227lbs preparing to compete in the near future!!
I'm sure Vince Goodrum will have his comments and hopefully he will stop for a second and work on his health again!!
