    I trained in the same gym as Gethin several times a couple of years ago. A lot thicker than he looks in pics.

    Physique update. Looking pretty good considering he's off. Although not sure if completely off but anyways like Dave said you are not gonna loose that much size if you keep training hard and eating right.

    A little sneak peek at the off-season condition.

    "Current status. 275lbs and growing.Been rotating my days from very high calorie to low calorie. My body seems to like cycling carbs/fats.
    Eating big everyday is good for gaining lots of mass but won’t work for me if I’m trying to stay in shape."

    What do you guys think?

    "So it begins....I think lol. I’m considering competing in May/June. The Cali Pro and Toronto Pro are looking like good starters for me.
    I’m not sure though. I haven’t really had an off-season since the Ferigno prep, (rehabbing the hamstring, then giving my body a break) so I’m torn about maybe waiting.


    There are a couple shows in July and August that may be better timing for me.
    What do you guys think based on this current photo? Drop the hammer and get on stage? Or wait and round out the physique a little more?"
