Matt Porter - Bodybuilder and Diet Guru
It's roughly 8 weeks since Matt did his last show and the condition is still on point. The guy definitely knows his "stuff" very well.
"Current look today. No good lighting or favorable angles, just plain ol' me 2 months post contest. Been on my normal 200mg/week T and 2 units of G a day and this is how I am holding up. Softened up, lost muscle hardness, lower back accrued some fat, and not full.
I am very strict all week and am eating less Protein than contest dieting of course to give myself a break from meal frequency strictness. I am around 230 upon waking and 238 at night. Doing YouTube on how im maintaining during this time before a future experiment. I'll look at myself on Saturday morning and determine if I want to cheat on fattening stuff or keep things very low fat and just carb up. Not liking the phenomenon of getting softer but it's just part of the game."

I agree with Matt on this, I've been using insulin for about 10 years with my clients. Makes zero sense to use anything but Humalog or Novalog. Pre and post training. Personally I have everyone use Humalog. The key is not use to use high dosages, 5iu max pre and 2iu max post training.

My protocol has you using HUMULIN-R (relatively fast-acting insulin) loading your body 5 hours leading up to your workout (from the morning up to the point when you train)... so why in the world do you need to shotgun the insulin and carbs and attempt to absorb all those carbs right before you train or during the workout? it's ridiculous........ it's MORE EXTREME and bodybuilders love to do extreme things.....they think EXTREME means it works better. Slow and steady wins the bodybuilding race........not the lunatic who takes off like a bat out of hell with no "end game" in site

He seems to have a knack for creating enemies this guy. Saying he is only on a TRT dose........ he's not above putting out fake news.
