Justin Compton BACK IN ACTION!
Not quite sure what his goals as far as bodybuilding goes are but it would be great to see him compete again some day in the future!
"Since I have been “out” for a bit, I haven’t really picked up much free weights in quite some time. And this is ok for my current approach, but don’t worry I haven’t forgotten what it takes to get get big!
There’s a reason why heavy ass weights will always be superior to machines. As @mattjansen8 says #dothehardstuff because that’s what separates you from the rest of the Gym junkies. This was always one of my go-to’s for biceps"

I heard he had some other health scares & backed down from his regimen. However, I didn't hear that from him.

I think sexy beast sets a great example of why being Natty is important. After all, studies are emerging of attributes to steroid use not just abuse.
I'm going to go over just a few.
1) enlarged spleen
2) enlarged left ventricle
3) high levels of bad cholesterol
4) enlarged heart
5) increased heart rate
6) hepatic steroids (fatty liver)
7) enlarged prostate
8) high red blood cell count

PfA, yes you should. If someone is being monitored by a doctor & is using safe & sane amounts of prescription anabolics (not street shit), & cycles off regularly, chances improve for long-term health.

Good point Mike but time is key. These guys are slamming HARD then I open Rx muscle forum & read "we lost another good one" "or such & such rip" I'm not gonna lie it's starting to make me not open the forum discussion because it kind of worries me I'll read something.
Not trying to preach, but I can GUARANTEE you every single bodybuilder had no idea their usage would catch up to them until it's to late & then it's "MoMA hellllllp" lol

Again, I said this before, as long as your cycle is, is the length of time off you need & a little more. But this retarded mentally challenged logic of "BANG HARD and cruise" is stupid & surefire way to die. But noooo "if I do that, then il lose mi IG followers" so I say "f it, let's see 1 of them remember you once you are dead"... They have every reason to shoot up to make their minds feel good, but hey, as long as you get a few extra followers it's all good lol
