I'm a big fan of Brandon's physique. Unlimited potential.
I have no idea what they were feeding him over in Kuwait but he absolutely blew up over there. He put on close to 30 pounds. Maybe there is something to this whole 'anabolic chicken' thing you hear everyone talk about...

Curry is a beast and his workouts of mixing up his muscles is something a lot of guys should take a closer look at as atleast a change up

The guy has a great physique. He is blessed with good genetics and clearly puts in the work with his diet and training. That cycle would only take it to the next level. I guess it is kind of a necessary evil to compete at that level.
