Rarely. I use whatever it takes. Mostly I grind it out lol
06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)

When I was powerlifting I always would go into a workout with a specific number I had to hit.Say it was heavy squat day and I had to hit 550 x 2 .I would think about that number for days beforehand and would have myself worked up into a pretty good frenzy by the time I got to that squat.I wouldn't call it anger but it was close to that.

Every time I lifted angry I would end up injuring something.
