Thread: mid way through my stack

update... up another 6 lbs. very happy so far. Understand that I used this stack with a different purpose than most would. I was NOT using it to aid in cutting or help prevent muscle loss during cutting. I was looking for a light bulker and this one is great. very dry gains, not to "puffy" not much as far as strength gains goes but I never really care much about that anyway. I will update when I start PCT in a week and let you know how I hold on to gains.

this stack worked very well as a bulker. didnt get too tubby and put on a total of about 20 lbs. just thought some might like to know how it worked as sumthing other than a cuting cycle. going to pct then off a month (60 days total off) then onto the next bulk... thanks needto!

yup. BUT there are a couple of factors to take into consideration. I ate a ton of good food. meat meat meat and I took the 3 weeks before starting the stack and did 3 "light" full body workouts per week. then went back to 1 bodypart per week through the stack. great products and altered the "plan" to match my goals. next one I do will include pics before & after
