Kyoishi,
Do you use glutamine peptide or do you use standard glutamine? I would like to take my glutamine with food, but I understand regular glutamine will not be absorbed.

16 days before the USA's
Still right at 200 to 202. Bodyfat keeps dropping so that a good thing!!!! Last things to always come in are my legs!!!

Wow, you made some good improvements in conditioning since those last pictures above (from last red trunks pics to these in blue); nice job!

Things didnt turn out as I had hoped for at the USA, but I'm very pleased where I placed and how I did. With 7 weeks remaining for the Team Universe the only thing that is on my mind is bringing the most conditioned package to the stage that I have ever brought. I just hired Dave Palumbo to oversee my diet for the remainder of the 7 weeks til the Team Universe. I will be out in New York early this time actually I will be out there monday morning to get acclimated and get some training in at bev francis's gym. This trip is all about business.!!!! Let's get it started!!!!

Kiyoshi,
What does your personal cardio schd look like in the off season? Which do you prefer HIT, morning cardio, high intensity cardio.
Also, are are your best say 12 rep movements on squat, DL, Military press, bench..the major lifts.
