Hard Work Doesn't Matter for BBs?
https://www.mensxp.com/health/body-b...ybuilding.html
This article says that genetics are the only reason competitors win or lose a bodybuilding contest. Do you agree?

Crock of shit. Indeed, he says they work hard right at the beginning. I'm tall and arguably, after 38 years of lifting strong anyway. But, as I just posted in my log, today (with a week to go) I'm dog tired from the training I'm doing for my upcoming competition. So genetics or hard work?
The argument only becomes valid if the athletes all work as hard. Few do (QED Paul Dillet didn't - Dorian did)06, 08, 09 and now 2010 British (4x) and 2008/2010 European Grip Champion (2x)
