Help with hormone test results and low test levels
Hello folks, I would greatly appreciate some help interpruting my hormone test results and my low test
A little about me. I am a 45 year old male. Been traning since my late teens and started taking steroids on and off about 25 years ago. Never anything crazy. Ten years ago I was very ill and diagnosed with dilated cardiomyoparthy. Thankfully I responded very well to medication. Although my ejection fraction was in the high teens or low 20s for I was able to lead an active life and still train as hard as I had done previously. Although I was never genetically gifted for lifting heavy or building muscle, I did well with what god gave me.
I started cycling again about 8 years ago, only using fast acting, non aromatising products to try and limit any heart damage. Simply because it makes me feel better and gives me more energy. I am on high doses of heart meds which make me feel very lethargic.
I got married over 5 years ago. We were unsuccessful in trying for a baby and after some investigations it turned out my wifes fallopian tubes were blocked. We then went for IVF which involved me having two seperate semen analysis tests done. The test results were never discussed so I can only presume all was ok. Unfortunatley my wife miscarried and we are hoping to have another round of IVF later in the year
Because of this I have been off all exogenous androgens since the end of August 2017. I started PCT in Septmeber 2017 and had my first hormone test done in October 2017 which gave sky high readings which I presume was due to the fact I had only finished PCT within days. I then carried out two further TRT hormone tests.
After this I undertook a Power PCT starting on 2nd February 2018 and finishing on 18th March 2018 . I then had a hormone plus test on 19th April 2018. All tests were analyised by medichecks in the UK and on all occassions I took the venus blood samples myself.
I am currently suffering from bad anxiety, weight gain and generally feel crap and unmotivated. I have no sex drive and no morning erections. I have to take viagra and or cialis to acheive an erection and my wife is feeling unloved
I will post the hormone sections of the 4 tests below. The last test shows I have elevated LH and FSH and low free test.
Apart from playing a waiting game is there anything I can do that will make me feel better but also not effect spermatogenesis?
I have been taking Vit D3, tribulus terrestris and alpha men multi vitamin
All comments will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
