EAAs!
Do you take them? Do you think they're just the newest pixie dust?

I have used EAAs and noticed a big difference from BCAAs in recovery.

If you eat adequate protein you dont need either.
The biggest priority is leucine. As 3-5g is optimal for maximum MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis) the difference from BCAA/EAA will be minimal since most of us do eat plenty of protein and get enough via whole food or protein powder.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

I tried both BCAAs (10g) alone and EAAs (15g) alone but couldn't tell no difference.
Now I am trying out 25g Whey 1 hour pre-workout (by then all the AAs would be in my blood-stream I hope!)
