    Question EAAs!

Do you take them? Do you think they're just the newest pixie dust?

I have used EAAs and noticed a big difference from BCAAs in recovery.

I always promote food over supplement intake when possible, this is no exception. Yet, with that said, research does support positive effects for those who are strength training and taking EAA’s. It is seen most clearly in younger men.

I'm going to switch over my current BCAA's to a newer EAA/BCAA product. I will
    report back my opinion.

If you eat adequate protein you dont need either.
The biggest priority is leucine. As 3-5g is optimal for maximum MPS (Muscle Protein Synthesis) the difference from BCAA/EAA will be minimal since most of us do eat plenty of protein and get enough via whole food or protein powder.
