Detailed (13 minute) vlog on what his follow-up to his last pro show was (where he got 5th in the 212). He is going off-season till next year to correct flaws the judges brought to his attention. There is a short workout well into the video. He has advice for aspiring competitors, such as "don't neglect your abs like I did."
