Calories and macronutrient intake should be nutrition 101 but it's something a lot of people over look. It doesn't matter if you are trying to bulk up, loose weight or recomp - you need to taking in the proper amount of calories, protein, carbs and fats to reach your goal.

Why aren't they teaching this properly in schools.
