How long do you guys think I should diet till im contest shredded,aswell as suggestions i know my physique aint good yet but I still got time to work on it, going to start dieting tomorrow, and ill do carb cycling, was doing keto but after a few weeks it was just too hard for me , i need to eat carb on a daily basis to stick to a diet

ya get contest shredded, no drugs atm im 17, want to wait some more time, do I look ok for my age? i might do a teen show lol

17, so young! You already look pretty lean. prob 16 weeks at most...

I would't aim to get contest shredded if you are not looking to compete, just stick to your basic diet but cut some carbs nothing to major.

FWIW, I'd if you make the most of being 17 and keep lifting and most importantly being consistent about it.
