Should I do bikini in my off season???
ok, everyone!!! I compete in fitness... after jr nationals i got a LOT of positive criticism that has brought me to this question, SHOULD I DO BIKINI IN MY OFF SEASON??? i won't be competing in fitness until next year... this is me last night, mind you i haven't been dieting or anything... just where i stay, i'm 5'2", 115lbs here, i do wish i could keep more muscle, but this is what my body does... HELP???
