Please kindly assist with knowledge or links on how to correctly reintroduce carbs after following the Palumbo Keto diet. Im male, 210lbs, 15-18% bf and im following the Palumbo diet for guidelines for 200lbs. I have been on the Palumbo diet for 6 weeks and will be having a 2 week vacation in a fortnight. I do not want to rebound badly and so want to educate myself on the correct way to reintroduce carbs, ie. which carbs, which meals, any options or variations etc.

I intend to go back on Palumbo's Keto shortly after vacation, for another 10-12 weeks, however I will still have the same issue after.
