Hello, rxmuscle members!
Sup guys, I'm new here and i wanna to say little about myself. I don't know how to do it right, but.....
I'm 26 Stanley from Arizona, started powerlifting for about 1 year ago
Deadlift 230lbs
Bench press 215lbs
Squats 255lbs
How to improve my bench press? I want to increase it for 240lbs, but i can't.
Your opinions? May be i should another exercise?

Well to help you out we are gonna need some information about your current training.
How many times a week do you bench, what accessory lifts are incorporated etc.
