Knee pain
Hi guys i need help. The problem is when i squat i feel knee pain and hear crunch, so it becomes unbearable. I love to squat but don't know what to do.
I used knee wraps but the result is similar...
Your opinion?

The crunch doesn't have to be a problem in and of itself, but if you feel pain that's a different story. You need a medical opinion imo, bro.

During squat you feel pain to reduce the knee pain then you should try four way elastic knee support with patella ring. It provide compressive support to the knee. I purchased knee sleeve 2 years ago and still using it, and very effective and feel better.

Perhaps you just didn't learn how to squat correctly without weight at the very beginning of your journey. It's easy to say how to do it, but the squat needs to be learned, and learned long and hard, as it really affects the condition of your knees. Try to learn this at home in front of a mirror against the wall.
