I've got a thread in the Men's training journal but since I am technically a Masters (44 in Sept) I thought I would move over here. Here are some pics and the training session for today. I am planning on doing a show next spring so here we go.
Back day today!!

Rev bb on bench:45x15, 45x12, 45xf
bb wrist: 65x15x3
Good workout. Had my kre-alkalyn and post workout stuff and gone to work!Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

Good work, Bucki, can you put up your measurements? You look pretty big, just need to lean out some.

I can do that. You're right about the leaning out some. I am 6'0 and 255 last time I was on the scale. I will put down the individual measurements soon. I had my bf checked and I need to to be @ 208 to be 5%.
Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

that's damn good weight at 5%.
I have to get down to 170 or less to get to 5%. Ironically we both need to cut the same amount of weight, roughly. I will be following your progress. Best of luck!

Delts today. Had my oatmeal and isolyze pre workout and out of the house @ 4:30am
laterals to warmup and pre-exhaust
Military press: 95x10, 145x8m 195x8, 245x3
standing laterals:30x10, 35x8, 40x8, 45x6
upright row: 95x10, 115x10, 135x8
bent over laterals:30x10, 35x10, 40x8
btb bb shrugs: 135x10, 225x10, 315x8, 315x6
tri pushdowns: 80x10, 100x10, 120x8
cg bench:135x10, 135x8, 185x6
dec tri ext: 80x10, 80x8, 80x6
db ext: 30x8, 35x8, 40x6
Not a bad workout today. Had my 35 grams protein and 60grams carbs post workout. Cardio tonight after work.Unless there's a bench press contest I joined and didn't know about it doesn't matter how much I bench.

Didn't get around to posting my workout from yesterday so here goes:
Mach Preacher: 90x12, 100x12, 110x10, 120x8
bb curls: 75x12, 75x12, 85x10, 85x8
Seated hammer: 30x12, 35x10, 40x8
Alt curls: 30x12, 35x10, 40x8
Conc curls:30x12, 30x12, 35x10, 35x10
bb wrist curls: 65x20, 65x20, 65xf
ss/ wrist rollers: up/down, up/down, failure
Inc sit ups: 30, 25, 25 w/ 35lb plate, 20 w/ 45 lb plate
Hang knee: 15, 15, 15, 15
