Help with diet
Hey
Ive been training off and on for about 4 years but in it for the long run
Only thing puts me off is I make gains 4 about year then that's it, it stops!!! So frustrating, I find it hard to get a diet right for me and find that balance with food and supplements
i need some help getting a diet and what best supplement to take!!! Please help????

height: 6,1
weight 14.75
not sure of my body fat

How about starting with what you're eating? Might help,no?

What is your goal? Cutting/bulking? Making gains or strength increasing?
Your daily calorie intake? What are you eating now?
