I weighed in at 186 lbs

I ate 5lbs of steak and 8lbs of white potatoes friday throughout day along with a double quarter pounder meal with large fry at 1 am saturday and woke up saturday before show 2lbs lighter

Saturday night post show I ate outback
14 ounce steak
2 fully loaded sweet potatoes
1 garlic mashed potato
12 buffalo wings
1 thunder from down under desserts
9 diet cokes
2 waters

I came back to hotel only 2lbs heavier 188

Sunday post show I ate 4 large plates of shoneys breakfast buffett and still sucked up all the food! I was 190lbs post show from 186 weigh ins

My post show food calculated out over 14,000 calories in an 10 hour period and i was only up 4 lbs

Back on my diet today and resume cardio no weights until the weekend to avoid injury
