    Default Testosterone Cypionate Only Cycle (Blast & Cruise)

    Hi Fellow Meatheads

    I have been on TRT for over 3 years (prescribed 200mg weekly) but have been toying around with higher (blasts - 4 weeks of 400mg) and lower (cruises - back to 6 weeks of 200mg) doses.

    Thus far my results have been subpar; Don't seem to gain much quality lean muscle on my blasts despite increased dosages and calorie intake. I only put on weight (seems like mostly fat) and when I diet the fat off, my body weight falls back to the same range.

    May I seek for expert opinions on this? What is the recommended duration for a blast phase and what is the upper limit of the dosage if 400mg weekly doesn't seem to be producing significant results?

    Sadly, I have no access to any AIs.

    Please help me pack on muscles bros!

    Four weeks isn't long enough to see real gains for most with that dose. Try going 8 weeks at a time for blast and cruise. I've switched to daily injections for blast or cruise and it allows me to use lower doses very effectively. Google Emeric Delczeg for more info. The results are much better than expected.

    Do you mind sharing your dosages? (Do you do IM / SubQ? Do you rotate your sites?)

    I switch IM/Sub Q when the mood strikes. I needed about 14mg daily to maintain good Test levels. I started growing on 20mg/daily.

    How often do u get bloodwork? If your TRT is covered by insurance what do you plan on doing to get your test levels down to where they need to be for medical coverage? I get blood drawn every 10 to 13 weeks and would have to come off "cold turkey" for approximately 10 days at more than 400 mgs weekly .

    How is a 10 'cold turkey' phase sufficient? Ain't the half life like 8 days; your test levels must still be high then..

    The usual protocol is blast 8 weeks cruise for 12.

    This has become a very popular and effective way of doing TRT. I know many who are using it now and swear by it.
