Default How long for HCG to work?

I'm 49 y/o who was on TRT for about six years. I got off of it to get my sperm back and make a baby. There was some success on the sperm after Clomid(100mg / 3 times a week) . (not great but enough for IVF) But my T is still stuck at 73. My endo just prescribed me HCG injections (2000 U / 3 times a week). How long does it take to take effect? And what kind of response can I expect with my sperm and T?

It can take a couple of weeks. I would have an AI on hand, that much hCG at once will spike estrogen.
Lift heavy and eat lots of dead animals. Yes, that's me in my avatar.

Good advice. Estrogen will increase along with testosterone. I'd say give it 6 weeks to see its best effect.

As hCG stimulates the testicles to produce testosterone and sperm, the testicles grow in size over time. There would also some side effects, like growth of male breats, stomach pain etc different to individuals. good luck to you, bro.
