    Default Working Out Together...

    Me and my fiancé are beginning to work out together. I have a decent weight set, bench, etc. basics.

    I am definitely overweight, so need to lose weight and of course add muscle.

    She more wants to tone and add some muscle and add to the booty.

    Cardio is definitely on the books, and I can look up and find basics. Just want a little guidance on some “together” ideas.

    Ask questions. I know it helps.

    Once you're married you'll appreciate your gym (solo) time more.
