Bro, abs come out if you're lean. More strength and muscle will add to ab muscles. These exercises will definitely add more tone but when you're deadlifting, benching, curling on a strict diet & you have good lean body mass, abs will show but to add a little detail then these exercises for abs help out.

I don’t always agree with PfA, but when I do it’s about abs LOL
It’s been my experience that exercises you will actually DO consistently are at most only somewhat helpful. I’ve personally not seen much of a difference between crunches, ab wheel, planks or just bracing from deadlifts. I still do ab specific exercises but more for strength than appearance/size. Abs are made in the kitchen. If you’re lean enough and diet is on point, abs will reveal themselves.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month
