Taking 1 week off from gym?

I just want to make sure I understand, this 315 is for an incline barbell press? Not flat bench, right?

Yes. Steep incline. Just for clarification, 6 weeks clean of vitamin T, im actually stronger than I expected. I imagined losing most strength but didn't lose alot. PCT just adex every 3 days and calories up. I think the biggest mistake people on gear make, & I mean Biggest, is they hit that point in the gym after PCT where there strength drops, test is mostly out of there system, & they start going back. You hear "ohhh dear lord, no energy, oh Lord strength is down, & man my size is gone, mean while it's mostly in their head.

1) you got into juicing long& finished your cycle so now it's up to you to push through the lack of energy of coming off as gear is almost out your system.
2) they train like their still on & natural test or free testosterone keeps getting buried lower which makes there energy + strength go down even more.
3) size dropped but even more because now numb nuts is going 100% with deminishing returns.
4) he's eating everything as if he's on the juice but all that's doing with a low test is making him more lazy & fat.
5) yes it's only been 3 maybe 4 weeks in & now he's beyond overtrained.
6) his heads down depressed, downstairs is down for the count, no confidence from what he's doing so doesn't even bother looking at the hotty in the gym so the coward only 4 weeks off gear after 24 weeks on goes back to his gear since he or she's dumb enough to realize he's not doing anything proper.
