What I've learned about aas! Based on good observation
U need to take off. Off off off. I can't stress it enough. Not mini breaks. Not bridging. If you were on 14-20 weeks or 22 weeks. Take off. You built your empire. Best example is while building your empire, can those machines you used to operate the work on your empire keep going? No. They need a break. & With that break, they can keep going. They can't work 24/7.
Same scenario whenever you train and juice. You will eventually build that empire with faster results and better results without taking forever.Last edited by Poker face Ace; 07-08-2019 at 10:16 PM.

1 more thing I forgot to mention. Just my personal opinion. If I did 20 weeks. I usually gauge my strength when I'm off. By 3-4 weeks slight dip on strength little more than usual but if my diet is on point which it is on point is there, training smarter, not 5-6 days a week. More like 3 then eventually 4. Sleep is 6-8 hrs & stress is minimal. BTW stress is normal guys. It's how you control it. If stress is something outside of your norm then u can't change it much like the weather where you have no control. But stress can be reduced so do what you can to reduce it. Again, once I take off and start noticing strength getting back up, I cut sets down and keep reps low with 80-90% max for 4-6. Hitting failure 1x per week on last set of each exercise.
Once I feel like I'm getting closer to where I ended on my cycle & can't push anymore & test levels are good, then possibly hit the gas lol. Remember your natural test will never be high since u put hormones in your body but it can go up especially focusing on key compound movements (squat, bench, deadlift)
