I thought the concept of too much TRT was a bit much, but maybe if you want to stay safe 'n' sane . . .

If you're 'self prescribing' it's not really TRT is it.

This debate about too much TRT reminds me of a female stand-up comedian I saw on HBO way back when in the 1990s, right after nutrition labels appeared on food. She read the suggested daily serving of a two-piece package of Reese's peanut butter cups: Suggested serving? One cup. "What do they think we are, mice? Oooh, two is too many!"

A powerlifter once said to me: I am an artist, & my body is my art. Anabolics are just one of the colors on my palette.

TRT does not cause prostate cancer.

I sent the last video to a friend who underwent prostate cancer surgery. For the surgery, they remove your prostate & you have no sex drive for the rest of your life. He noted that the video dismisses claims about TRT causing prostate cancer, but asked me: do you want to take the chance that they are wrong, & end up like me? I got the message.
