    I will never forget an article in Powerlifting USA by a columnist who told readers how to gain weight (by any means possible) in order to improve one's lift total. The writer said that even when the body weight went back down, you would still keep some of the improved lift total. Then the writer listed ways to gain weight quickly. One recommendation was eating potato chips dipped in honey.
