BREAKING NEWS: Ms. Olympia returns to the Olympia weekend in 2020!!
It will be very interesting to see if Arnold brings back the Ms. International to the Arnold Classic after this news.
BREAKING NEWS: Ms. Olympia returns to the 2020 Olympia Weekend.
The big news coming out of the 2019 Olympia weekend is that Women’s Bodybuilding will return in 2020. The Ms. Olympia's final contest was in 2014, ending its run that started in 1980. Iris Kyle won her ninth consecutive Ms. Olympia title. Iris won 10 Ms. Olympia titles in total.
After the decision to remove Women’s Bodybuilding from the Olympia schedule, WIngs of Strength organized the Women’s Bodybuilding championships. This contest gave the opportunity for female bodybuilders to win top prizes.
In 2013, the organizers of the Arnold Sports Festival decided to remove women’s bodybuilding as well. This division is still not included in the schedule of events with the Arnold Classic events.
A big indication that Women’s Bodybuilding was going to be included in the schedule of events at the 2020 Olympia Weekend was the sponsorship of Wings of Strength. Wings of Strength is a big supporter of Women’s Bodybuilding.
Will the Arnold Sports Festival include Women’s Bodybuilding in their future events? This is an answer we will surely find out in the coming days.

I saw this on someone’s social media page and thought maybe it was just a rumor. Nope, it’s TRUE, peeps!! IFBB Pro Michelle Brent told me she was in the room when they made the official announcement! So very happy for these ladies that they have a place at the O again!

The Ms. O announcement was the most exciting thing to come out of the event this year.
