Default Dominic Triveline 10 Weeks Out From Nationals Trains Back and Biceps

Dominic Triveline is 10 weeks out from NPC Nationals and looking very impressive. At just 22years old he's getting ready to make a statement down in Miami. Dom has now been working with his coach Justin Harris for just under 3 years now and put on around 40lbs of stage weight. We discuss his diet in the video and how he brought up his weak muscle groups. If like the video please like and subscribe.

Here is Jeff's film of Dominic in 2016 before he won the NPC Teen Nationals as a middle weight.

Here is Jeff's film of Dominic & trainer Justin Harris in 2018, when Dominic was up to 235 lbs.

I doubt that. He's competing around 216, which is a lot for someone 5'5". He ought to be a bruiser. You should see him at the Nats, CoG.

Tell Dominic that RX Muscle Forum wishes him the best of luck at the Nationals. Oh, & I wish YOU the best of luck at the Nationals.

They already have. I believe it's too late. He has great conditioning, dense muscle, showy body parts, great side and rear shots, etc. But his structure and midsection from the front are going to sink him and prevent him from greater success.

Too much food? Insulin? Genetics? Power lifting? I don't really know.

But he probably needs a new coach and a total reboot after this contest.

    Exclamation

I sat next to Justin Compton's girlfriend at the evening show for the 2011 NPC Junior Nationals. We talked at length, & watched Justin win 2nd heavyweight in his first national show. Even though he didn't win his division, he was the hit of the show. When he came out of backstage & sat down, someone came up & said a big name trainer wanted to talk to him, & herded him off. It had already started.

I was not trying to compare Justin to Dominic, who needs to make his own path in competition.
