Please everyone read & hopefully you understand!
It started last week. I grabbed my shake and walked away for a second. I looked down and realized something. It was something serious that I wanted to know. Do probiotics increase protein synthesis?
Guess what? I tried it & I feel like, "I'm walking on"

So which probiotic are you using and how frequently are you taking it?

I use radiance platinum digestive enzymes from CVS. It basically contains the important amounts of ingredients needed to help break down fats, carbohydrates, & protein. I'm REALLY surprised most companies/bodybuilding supplements don't emphasise these important enzymes in there product. After doing so much research, there importance are basically a necessity for any bodybuilder or gym enthusiast.

Protease (very important enzymes) dosage amount is really good as I notice most companies are much less.

Ok so it’s a digestive enzyme supp and not a probiotic. I’d agree with you about the digestive enzymes because as we age (and also under stress) our bodies don’t produce enough of the enzymes we need. The docs and nutritionists I follow all recommend people over age 40 take them, and also for other age groups who are dealing with health conditions or under a lot of stress

“They can help absorb protein. Probiotics can help you better absorb the protein in your diet, as well as other vitamins and nutrients. Not all probiotics are equal, and more research is needed to understand the benefits of each type. Most research covers the Lactobacillus and the Bifidobacterium strains.”
