    You are eating all the calories and taking your supplements bro. Sooo wtf is going on? Imo you are not mentally prepared. I hate to say this but I don't see the fire in your eyes & not been hitting those PR's bro time after

    Please share your opinion because I don't see his mind prepared. I honestly believe with all due respect, his body is Soo tired from eating tons of calories that he is not used to. This is a marathon man & you need to adjust your calories gradually not wake up after only few weeks of an injury & shovel food like there is no tommorow bud. You are taxing your CNS and immune system from increasing FAST calorie intake & juice.

    You need to work with the technician Chris Aceto!!!

    C'mon Curtis. This is harsh but real criticism. His bench looked excellent. Squat depth needs work but it's getting there. His grip needs no fuck that MUST be fixed & he needs to work on his weak point which is 3 quarter rep range on the dead lift. (3 quarters up & 3 quarters down) to break his sticking point). But since his calories are there his body is adjusting so it's just a matter of time before he gets better. Imo keep calories where there at & same with supplements & FOCUS on 3 quarters up & 3 quarters down deadlifts. His grip needs time but hel gain strength In his grip with the right grip technique exercises

    He spent some time bitching about pain. The issue is is that whats happens when you push the body to its limits. He needs to 'get that'.

    He has played about with grip stuff.

    I believe arm wrestling will be his demise. Remember what happened to Victor Martinez?
    He needs to hold a set of heavy dumbells and keep track of how long he holds them beating his time with each time he holds them.

    I totally agree with you on that. Arm wrestling is a BAD idea. Seen too many people in my time get injured.

    He is a young man but those crazy pondage lifts will catch up with him one day if not careful, just ask Ronnie Coleman.
