No trt, no hormones, nada.. just vitamins, few meals, and weights. If I did trt I'd be doing 315 for 10. A test cycle or aka blast, 335 for 10. I really feel good but most importantly I feel & am healthy. To me, il think about a cycle mayyyybeee. Any ideas what I should use??

Wow, PfA, I’m sorry to hear that about your bench. If you’re hitting only your bodyweight for 8s then yeah you need all the help you can get. Get on a cycle and gas up pedal to the medal ASAP!!
Most naturals in my gym rep 1.5xBW for 8-10. The gassed up dudes are hitting 2xBW or more for 8-10. I know all natural women who can hit BW for 15-20. First time I got under a bar on a bench 4 years ago I smoked 125 for 8 TNG reps at age 47 and 110-115 lbs and I didn’t know HOW to bench. My current 8RM is 132 (1.18xBW), hop over to my Instagram page and you can see the vid. They’re legit PAUSED reps with lockout at top of every rep. I believe the last time I tried max reps at BW I got 15- all paused and full lockouts every rep. And before you call genetics, I’ll let you know I have very long arms and I use a narrow grip, essentially no leg drive from the severely arthritic hip.Last edited by Sunnyday; 12-24-2019 at 08:35 PM.

Damnnn you go SD!!! I am doing ashwaghandha & a slew of vitamins. If I set up a routine I should be able to hit 290 for that.
BTW I train EOD. I feel like it gives me a chance to recover. Also, if I take a break from hitting failure on the last rep of 8 or 9 that in itself should help increase my bench. Then throw in some creatine with extra protein should help. Just need to get focused. I'm buying another rental property so my focus is on making this deal w the bank and renovation then renting it out. So once that gets straightened out, il have my focus & shift back to strength training & I'm able to regain my full strength. Just a matter of time at this point
