i finally made these..OMG! i did 12 cookies...dropped each on waxed paper...saved the cutting and makes grab and go that much easier.

and i did pumpkin spice....

mix
1 c pumpkin
cinn and pumpkin pie spice
2/3 c walden farms maple syrup
water til right consistancy
