    I stilll have access to a couple of gyms but I plan on taking 1-2 weeks off just for recovery purposes. My body needs the break.

    my at home workouts have been ok. nothing like the gym tho. but i'll make do. i just stay on my diet and keep trainin'. it will all pay off in the end

    Most gym junkies will do good with the forced rest from the gym. This will help recovery and nagging injuries to heal.
