My business has been shit-canned by the pandemic.

There is supposed to be a Federal Pandemic Unemployment Assistance program for self-employed individuals like myself but you cannot signup for it yet nor can you call and talk to anyone.

So much for assistance... thankfully, I've planned for such times but my savings won't last forever and I need my customers to get back to swiping credit cards which is how I make a majority of my income.

If you looked at the CDC page I linked to, I hope you noticed the number of COVID deaths at 24k, vs total deaths of 654k from all causes.
