Before & after workout. Messed up strength.

I read an article about vitamin C and muscle growth by John Meadows. In it he mentioned that because it’s an antioxidant it’s best to take it post workout when you want repair to start. While I’ve never had it mess up strength if taken before training, Meadows’ reasoning does make sense.
