Great thread idea, PfA!!
About 2 years ago, prepping for my last full powerlifting meet. I was benching (my favorite if you didn’t already know LOL) and 149 felt lighter than usual. I went on to hit 154x3 then 160x1 under commands, at a body weight of 110. Still haven’t duplicated it on a platform. My best competition bench is 149. I’m back to training my comp bench regularly again so I’m hopeful. Would love to come back in this thread to say I benched a pair of reds (with collars that’s 165).2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month
