3 Days Out: One More Upper Body Circuit and a Healed Leg


I normally don't discuss my religious beliefs (especially on the internet), however, last Friday when I felt that pop in my leg, I think I prayed twice as much for my opportunity to get on stage... Today, I was able to walk, and get full rep range on some squats... So, I've got no excuses/reason to not perform my best on Sunday

Tonight, was the last time I'll get to train in LA before heading to Phoenix and I just stuck with another upper body workout to get some blood flowing, I focused on slow reps, getting a pump, and getting a higher rep range than normal (15-20).


The Workout:

Hammer Strength Chest Press (4x)
Seated Rows (4x)
Military Machine Press (4x)
Single Hand Cable Extensions (3x)
Hammer DB Curls (3x)

25 Minutes Elliptical
