So I'm able to bend my leg all the way and walk on it pretty easily, I'm even able to flex, but no striations (I think it has to do with the swelling). I have a feeling that it will be back to normal in 24-72 hours... I'm of the mindset, that if I can flex my left leg... I can win this thing

6 Days Out: Back/Biceps... Legs Good enough for Cardio
So today, I was able to flex my left quad and see the striations come out, so it was likely just a pull/sprain... While I won't be doing a heavy leg day this week, I think that moderate intensity cardio should be enough to get me by.
At this stage, I'm just hyper focused on getting my mandatory poses down, lifting in a way that will keep me from hobbling out of the gym (again), and getting my conditioning as good a possible. Below was today's workout (kept it short/sweet).
Bent Over Smith Machine Rows (4x)
Lat Pull Down (4x)
Back Extensions (3x)
Preacher Curl Machine (4x)
DB Curls (3x)
EZ Bar Curls (3x)
25 Minutes Elliptical (Moderate Intensity)

4 Days Out: Late Night Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Since I can't train legs , this was my last heavy day until the show, to avoid any further injuries I just stuck with stationary lifts tonight. Here was the workout.
Smith Bench Press (4x)
Smith Incline Bench Press (4x)
Shoulder Press Machine (4x)
Side DB Raises (4x)
Rope Extensions (4x)
VBar pushdown (4x)
25 minutes of cardio

hey young man, just to let u know u should never do legs close to the show, many of us in this sport don't, it make the legs swell up more and may look weird on stage. so ur show is this Sunday and today is Wed. i think u may be done with legs till after the show. just sayin'. if u want to do legs again b4 the show, please do a very, very, very light workout for them, not heavy. does this make sense? i hope it helps. and glad to know ur leg is doin' much better

With how crazy work has been this week, I fell asleep early, and woke up at midnight to get a solid late night workout in. Here was today's workout:
Machine Butterflies (4x)
Lat Pulldown Machine (4x)
Rear Lateral Raise (machine) (4x)
Preacher Curls (3x)
Straight Bar Pushdowns (3x)
25 Minutes Elliptical
