29 Days Out....
This morning I hit the pads for 30 minutes and felt like I was gonna pass out after, still it felt like a good change of pace from doing the elliptical.
Tonight, I did a quick back and bicep workout:
Superset
Pull-ups/TRX Rows (3 sets)
Lat Pulldown (3x)
Hammer Grip Pulldowns (3x)
Cable High Rows (3x)
Back extensions (3x)
Preacher Curl Machine (3x)
Hammer grip chins (3x)

How are you liking the TRX rows? I got my straps when the gyms closed and I'm convinced they helped me keep my upper body size and strength.

Front Squat Machine (4x)
Abduction Machine (3x)
Leg raises (3x)
Side Bends (3x)
30 minute Elliptical

Today I did a shoulder and arm day, after a full/exhausting day at work. Since I’m about to pass out please forgive my lack of commentary.
Shoulder Press Machine (6x)
Side DB raises (4x)
Overhead Press (3x, followed by 2 drop sets)
Rear DB Raises (4x)
Rear Delt Machine (3x)
Straight bar cable push down (3x)
One arm reverse cable push down (3x)
One arm rope extension (3x)
One arm cable curl (3x)
One arm rope curl (3x)
No cardio tonight

Last night, I got a much needed 10 hours of sleep, and found myself with way more energy today. Today, I hit Chest and did some HIT Cardio:
Hammer Strength Machine (5x)
Bench Press (4x)
Incline Smith Machine Press (4x)
One Arm Cable Crossover (3x)
Dips (3x)
20 Minute HIT Cardio (Elliptical)
