21 Days Out:
I took a nap that was a little longer than I had anticipated that it would be... So I ended up not training until Midnight lol. I'm starting to get this posing thing down, I've gotten my quarter turns down, and I'm starting to figure out how to hide some of my weaknesses.
Tonight, I decided to do a pure chest workout, with nothing but compound movements... Tomorrow, I'm going to do a 2 a day, with back and arms/abs/cardio. Here was tonight's workout:
Bench Press (6x)
Hammer Strength Press (5x)
Incline Smith Machine Press (5x)
Incline Machine Press (5x)
Dips (3x)

21 Days Out (redux):
Screw the two-a-day I need a day off tomorrow to recoup, so I’m probably just gonna do some abs and light cardio tomorrow.
Today’s workout was a bit shorter and a friendly reminder that I need to load my calories/carbs prior to a workout, I did a simple fundamental back day today, but it feels great.
The workout:
Bent Over Rows (5x)
Pull-ups (4x)
Lat Pulldown (4x)
High Cable Pulldown (3x)

I woke up late tonight and couldn't sleep, so I figured that I would hit the gym for a quick workout. I decided to hit up arms and since no one was at the gym, I decided to film it. Below is the workout:
Seated DB Curls (4x)
Preacher Hammer Curls (4x)
BB Curls (4x)
Rope Extensions (3x)
Vbar Extensions (3x)
One Arm Underhand Extensions (3x)
Straight Bar Pushdown (1x Failure)
Reverse Curls (2x Failure)

19 Days Out: Legs
Got stuck at work so wasn't able to post this, but for my leg workout today I wanted to keep it extremely basic, but very intense. With 19 days out, I'm mainly looking at Intense Workouts, designed to keep me injury free. Here was today's workout:
Smith Machine Squats (6x)
Leg Extensions (10x)
Leg Curls (6x)
By the end of this one I was physically exhausted and I had a nice pump in my legs, so I guess I was doing something right
