14 Days Out:
With some very important deadlines at work, mixed in with having an opportunity to win my OCB Pro Card... my mantra for these next two weeks is, "STICK THE LANDING". My coach gave me a new diet plan and I am going to be following it to "T". Today, I wanted to get a solid quad workout in, and get some ab work in (since it is growing clear that that, is one of my strengths, and I'm going to need them in full force to win this thing lol).
In addition, I finally picked out a song for the routine that I'm going to do, and have begun laying it out in my head. Going to start recording the practice sessions. Below was today's workout, thanks for all the love/support:
Front Squat Machine (4x)
Leg Press (3x)
Leg Extensions (5x)
Leg Curls (5x)
Abduction (4x)
Leg Raises (3x)
Side Bends - With 45lb Plate (3x)

It's SUPER SET WEEK... I'm doing everything that I can to focus on the task at hand and to get through the next 12 days injury free and ready to go. I've been practicing posing daily in addition to hard training and cardio. This week I'm going to sprinkle in arms/abs via super sets... Here was today's workout:
