Deadlifts, bent rows and T-bar rows. 21s for bi's, skull crashers for tri's, Smith machine military presses for delts, front and hack squats for legs and of course bench press.

tricep dbell kickbacks with the pinky pointed at the 20 degree angle thingy. Dante speaks highly of this.
Ok, seriously, incline bench lately for me and squats.

Neutral grip Pulldowns, or weighted dips @ one point in time I could hang 135lbs from my waist and hit 10 reps at a body weight of 335!! Dips have always been REALLY easy for me, but I never felt them anywhere besides my armpits???

Anything for back. I'd train back 5 times a week if I thought I could get away with it.

Fav. exercise is prob a tie between JM presses and rear laterals.
