He's stuck in Turkey for being in Iraq the year prior & Turkeys required by their law to not allow that rule based on their customs requirement laws in that country. But you know what brother, superman got nothing

This just occurred to me: the IFBB fines pros for signing up for contests and then backing out of a show. Would a competitor who tested positive for COVID get fined? Anyone know the IFBB’s rules in the current environment?
