refeeding and caloric deficits are essentially feast/famine diet protocols. however fasting is superior to caloric deficits because when you are fasting you are boosting GH in the body and also boosting adrenaline. caloric deficits meanwhile you feel like crap and suffer are crash metabolism. this is why caloric deficits do not work long term. your body will burn less calories when you eat in a deficit

It's been 5 weeks for me & am 238lbs from 270 & feeling great. My question is, How do you continue the fat burning when metabolism slows from less calories aka break through that plateau?
